Just a hop, skip and a jump down to the shores of the jewel found at the protected Alex Beach.
As you walk through the door you have a choice of entering the higher level which will take you up to a big open plan breezy living room and main kitchen that leads out on to a front deck and huge rear entertaining deck. Watch the ocean as you cook on the BBQ under the shade of a large waterproof commercial umbrella, or look down on the kids in the huge 10m swimming pool surrounded by a lush tropical garden with outdoor setting or further down in the yard jumping on the trampoline. The upper level offers one king room, one double room and bathroom.
The lower level has it’s own TV room, self contained kitchen / dining, bathroom, laundry and three queen bedrooms.
Entry to the backyard pool can be accessed independently from both the upper and lower levels.
All of this and only 150 metres to the sand at Alexandra Headland patrolled beach.
