There are some great walking tracks just metres away. Take your pick – around the lake or walk along the creek and/or through the amazing bush tracks towards Glenfields.

Looking for an interim accommodation solution? e.g. building house, awaiting contract settlement, … this lovely 4 bedroom home could be just the ticket! Walk in and walk out: you will find all you need to settle in for a longer stay. All bills included as well as pool & garden maintenance.

Located in an established residential area with quiet, friendly neighbours, this home is just a 10 min drive (or easy bike ride) to Mooloolaba Beach.
Close to shops (Café, Woolworths, Brumby's Bakery, Liquor store, Chemist etc.), public transport, walking tracks along creek.
4 bedrooms
+ an additional sleeping area with a single bed and single trundle to make a King size bed. Please note this is not an enclosed bedroom.
2 of the bedrooms are in a side of the house downstairs that has the potential to be set up as an independent granny flat with its own entrance, kitchenette, bathroom & toilet. Ideal for 2 families or a large family with grown up children....
3 bathrooms, one being the master bedroom en suite.
There are several living areas so that everyone gets their own space

Air con (reverse cycle) in master bedroom, study and downstairs room (front).
Electric heaters also available for those extra chilly nights although the temperature in these parts is unbelievably moderate and easy to take.
Study. Working from home? Studying? There are 3 separate work from home / study stations including 2 stand up desks, 2 external monitors inc. HDMI cables., WiFi printer etc. Fast NBN50 internet (unlimited).
Linen is supplied, however, there are 2 washing machines for personal use as well as a dryer and an outdoor clothesline.

The outdoor entertaining area / pool is north facing and has lovely breezes coming off the tidal lake.
Gorgeous green, spacious outlook – you’ll be surprised how open it feels considering you are so close to everything.
The pool overlooks the lake, plenty of back yard space to play & enjoy games together. The outdoor area has a BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture.

Decent size yard perfect for the family dog (including kennel & other doggie essentials). There isn't a size restriction – all dogs are welcome! If you have more than 1 dog, we will need to further discuss before accepting a booking – please provide some details about your pet(s) upon booking, e.g. breed, age, friendly?, quiet? Any behavioural issues.
Guests with pets must respect the 'outside only' requirement.

Enjoy local dining or make use of the incredibly practical kitchen, equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove top and electric oven. There is a separate tap for filtered water.

We professionally & hygienically clean all carpets, lounges and mattresses on a regular basis.

Please note that this property has a strict no party and no smoking policy. If you're after a larger gathering, this home is not suitable. This is a quiet, established street where the neighbours respect each other. Thank you very much for your understanding.
