We strongly encourage you to read our terms and conditions prior to making a booking to ensure compliance.

Check in is from 2pm on the day of your arrival. We strive to have all properties ready for this time, however, due to circumstances mostly out of our control this cannot always be guaranteed – we thank you for your patience and understanding in advance. The morning of your arrival is the best time to ring to see if an early check in possible to arrange.

Check out time is 10:00am. We know how hard it is to leave! But we usually have guests starting their holiday the same day you are finishing yours, so our housekeepers need every minute possible to do their job. Come in and see us during your stay and we will let you know if a later check out is possible (no late check-outs during any Peak Periods). Fees may apply, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

NO. The use of the Property for a party, function, weddings, wedding preparations bucks and hens parties or gathering for any other purposes is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you are found to be using the Property for any of these purposes you will be fined $2200 (charged to your credit card that you have provided for the Security Bond/ Pre-Authorisation), your booking will be terminated, and you will be removed from the Property.

If you would like to bring your furry friend, we do have a limited range of pet-friendly properties available by application. For these properties, we ask that your pet remains outside and that you leave no trace behind. Excess cleaning or damages will be charged against your security bond. Where the property is not pet friendly, no pets are allowed at the property. Pets are STRICTLY NOT allowed inside any of our properties under any circumstance. If you do bring an unauthorised pet into the property you will be evicted and forfeit the right to any refund.

We value your repeat business. All repeat guests may be eligible to a repeat guest discount depending on the property and the time of year – conditions apply. If you rebook within 7 days of departure you may be eligible to receive an even larger repeat guest discount – conditions apply. Rebookings must be made directly with G1 Holidays to be eligible for the repeat guest discount.

Lost property is kept for a maximum of three months and then donated to charity. Please ensure you take all items home with you. If your lost property is found, we can post this to you for a fee of $15.00 + postage.

The Property must be left clean and tidy at the end of this reservation.  Please remove all rubbish remove and placed in outside bins. Please remember all our properties are strictly smoke/cigarette free

Please ensure the property is left secure with all windows and doors closed and locked.
We respectfully ask you do not move any furniture unless prior arrangements were made with our office. If so, please ensure all furniture and/or decorative items are replaced to their original position before leaving.
No keys are to be left inside a property or the property’s letter box on departure. Please return all keys to the office on departure.

Excessive noise from voices, radios, TV’s, stereos, vehicles etc, at any time of the day/night within the property or grounds is not permitted. On receipt of a complaint, G1 Property will endeavour to call the guest(s) and request for excessive noise or anti-social behaviour to stop. Should G1 Property not be able to make contact or the excessive noise or anti-social behaviour not stop, a security company will be engaged to investigate the complaint of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. This will incur a call out charge of $250 payable by the Guest(s) which will be debited from your credit card. After one warning for excessive noise or anti-social behaviour (includes using inappropriate and foul language ) or disturbance complaints by neighbours, the reservation will be terminated, Guest(s) will be evicted from the premises and you agree that the tariff applicable to the balance of this reservation will be forfeited to the Owner of the Property. Furthermore, the deposit/pre authorisation will be forfeited also.
