You can bring a boat, however at the moment, you will need to use the public boat ramp at the end of the street (open water access, you’ll be out on the blue Pacific Ocean in minutes).
However a brand new pontoon is being built and you will be able to tie up to at the property from the 1st November 2019. There is plenty of space to park your boat on the driveway or street.
