Each bedroom and living area has split system air conditioning/heating, and also ceiling fans and a television. All bedrooms and main living rooms have sliding doors opening to the wraparound balcony to let in beautiful ocean breezes. The Master bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite and premium Madison mattress. There is a Second bathroom with laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer. The Kitchen boasts integrated appliances including full kitchen with cooking facilities and dishwasher, including comfort appliances such as a nespresso machine.
There is a single parking space included in the basement for the duration of your stay.
This is a brand-new apartment with high-quality furnishings. Guests must be 25+ years old. Accompanying Children aged 12 and over welcome. Not suitable for infants or younger children.. ID is required upon check-in.

To maintain the high standard of this luxury property a $1000 refundable security deposit bond is required upon check-in. This will be returned after checkout provided there is no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning required or a breach of house rules.

This apartment has a strict NO party, schoolies or events policy. We do not accept bookings from local residents without prior approval. Long term residents reside within this building. Noise violations will be strictly enforced as per body corporate guidelines. Strictly Maximum guests of 6 people.

There is no smoking or vaping in this entire apartment and building including on balconies. Violation of this will void your bond.

There is no pets allowed in this apartment.
