If you’re one of the lucky ones who have decided to holiday up North this winter, you’ll be in the right place at the right time to experience one of the Sunshine Coasts most delicious events. The Noosa Eat & Drink Festival is set over three delicious days (10th-13th June) across Noosa at some of the state’s best restaurants and entertainment hubs. Foodies rejoice while tourists and locals alike flock to this great event, with a line up of some of Australia’s favourite chefs and premium dining opportunities.

The 2021 lineup includes some favourites, new and returning, along with some fabulous events that you won’t want to miss out on.

  1. The Chef’s Kitchen

Held on the 12th and 13th of June in the Noosa Woods, the Chefs Kitchen is an opportunity to watch some of your favourite chefs cook some amazing food and invite you to watch along every step of the way. This year the lineup includes Matt Preston, Kirsten Tibballs, Anna Polyviou, Colin Fassnidge, Alastair McLeod, Adam D’Sylva, Mark Jensen, Ollie Hansford, Adriano Zumbo and Khanh Ong

With intimate sessions as well as a large screening available, there is an option for all to enjoy. Bookings are essential and can be completed through this link.

  1. The Festival Sundowner

Close out the festival with chef Alastair McLeod and Diablo Ginger Beer. Slip off your shoes and celebrate the sunshine by splashing in the beach and dancing to the beats. With delicious food, exciting cocktails and live music, what’s not to love!

  1. Lunch with Justin North

Congregate with some friends at Frenchie’s Brasseries for a lunch to celebrate Noosa thanks to some incredible chefs and amazing produce. The current Chef of the Year Justin North will be designing the menu, with each of the four courses meticulously prepared along with paired wines from Champagne, Burgundy and Sauternes.

  1. The Chroma Club Noosa Paint and Sip Experience

Mark your experience and remember it for years to come with your very own hand painted view of the Noosa shoreline, instructed and facilitated by Kim Raath from The Chroma Club. Accompanied by breakfast nibblies and mocktails, this will be a paint and sip that you won’t want to forget.

  1. The Sunday Session

Sunday sessions are synonymous with Australian culture, just as fresh seafood is synonymous with Noosa. Combine the two with the Eat & Drinks Festival Sunday Session on Noosa main beach. Watch the sunset and the tide roll in as you sip champagne and indulge on freshly caught, shucked and seasoned raw seafood, accompanied by your favourite drink.

Travel through time and Noosa with the Noosa Gin Tour. Experience some of the best drops this side of London at some of Noosa’s best locations, such as the Noosa Heads Distillery, Rococo, Sofitel and Light Years before stumbling away happy with a fully loaded gift bag. The Noosa Gin Tour includes: Gift Bag (700 ml Noosa Gin, tote, swizzle stick, tea towel, shirt and hat), Noosa Gin masterclass and tasting, light lunch, cocktail and nibblies galore.

  1. Berry Funday at Cooloola Farms

There’s something for everyone at the festival, including the little ones. Pick some of the freshest, sweetest and biggest berries you’ve ever seen at the Cooloola farms after enjoying a picturesque drive to get there. While you’re there, indulge in the comfort style waffles, pancakes and scones, locally made strawberry cider and take in the gorgeous surrounds for a truly wholesome winter experience.

Every good party needs an afterparty, and the Noosa Eat & Drink Festival is no exception. Farewell your festival and celebrate the good times with your favourite boutique beverages, handmade sourdough pizzas and live entertainment.
