Take a 5 minute stroll along the boardwalk to arrive at Mooloolaba Esplanade with its restaurants, cafes and shops, while just as close in the other direction are the fresh seafood markets, yacht club, playgrounds and parks.

The property comes with a Linen & Amenity Starter Pack. All beds will be made up for your arrival and you will be provided with a starter pack of washing soap, tea towels, sponges, teas & coffees, bath towels, toiletries & a toilet roll per toilet. You may also hire beach towels from G1 Holidays for $6.00 per towel.

Beautiful unit. Awesome location!

The unit was clean and tidy and beautifully presented. We love the location, easy access to the beach, boat ramp as well as all Mooloolaba has to offer. A short stroll along the water to the wharf and you can take your pick of restaurants. Only downside is there is not Wi-Fi so it was a little inconvenient for the kids, when raining, and hubby who needed to work while away. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely stay again.

Thanks, but ...

Niggles ...
1. Foremost but un-fixable is road noise to the brms, and from the canyon created between 81 and 83 - neighbours and vehicles. It must be quite shocking at peak holiday times.
2. Lack of insect screens on all but the patio slider means mosquitoes.
3. No key for the slider = no ability to lock from the outside, and none for the window above the kitchen sink means limited direct ventilation.
4. Window above kitchen bench faulty, have to climb up to secure. Bad for older folks.
