Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed with ceiling fan, air conditionting and walk in and ensuite with large shower. Look over at the water.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed with ceiling fan,
Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed or 2 King Singles, ceiling fan, en suite with grab rail for the toilet
Bedroom 4: 1 Sets of large bunk beds with Double base and Single top and a set of Single Bunks.
Sleeps 11 guests , 9 adults maximum and kids only on the top single beds

CAR PARKING: 2 garage space + Driveway parking

The property comes with a Linen & Amenity Starter Pack. All beds will be made up for your arrival and you will be provided with a starter pack of washing soap, tea towels, sponges, teas & coffees, bath towels, toiletries & a toilet roll per toilet. You may also hire beach towels from G1 Holidays for $6.00 per towel.
