BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed with ceiling fan, air conditionting and walk in and ensuite with large shower. Look over at the water.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed with ceiling fan,
Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed or 2 King Singles, ceiling fan, en suite with grab rail for the toilet
Bedroom 4: 1 Sets of large bunk beds with Double base and Single top and a set of Single Bunks.
Sleeps 11 guests , 9 adults maximum and kids only on the top single beds

CAR PARKING: 2 garage space + Driveway parking

The property comes with a Linen & Amenity Starter Pack. All beds will be made up for your arrival and you will be provided with a starter pack of washing soap, tea towels, sponges, teas & coffees, bath towels, toiletries & a toilet roll per toilet. You may also hire beach towels from G1 Holidays for $6.00 per towel.

*PET FRIENDLY ON REQUEST: If you’d like to bring your pet(s) please request this with your booking enquiry including number of animals, the size/breed of the animal(s), and acknowledge that you understand the animal(s) is not allowed inside. All outdoor areas must be left clean from pet waste prior to departing or additional charges will apply.
